The Genesis Max 4D is the continuation of the legacy that the Infinity Genesis SE started and so much more. To improve on our best seller we maximized many key areas. We upgraded the foot massage to now include kneading and oscillation. We added on-board nature sounds to you relax. Finally, we upgraded to our latest, most advanced and leather-backed controller.

The Genesis Max 4D is the culmination of continuous research and innovation, designed to be the best and bring the best out of you. Built with everybody in mind, this chair will scan the user and adjust the massage accordingly. That means everyone from Mom and Dad, to Grandma and Grandpa will be able to sit and enjoy this chair. Everything about the massage can be customized, from the speed and depth of the rollers, to how much the airbags are inflating, to the music that is played on the speakers. Change this from the all-new, intuitive Infinity Controller, or connect your phone through Bluetooth and use the Genesis Max App which puts the chair controls into your own pocket.

Complete Care Warranty Period

For In - Home service, Infinity Massage Chairs will arrange all covered parts deemed necessary, to be sent to the consumer and, if necessary, an authorized service provider to repair the product at the customer's residence, at no charge to the customer. If a particular part is no longer manufactured, Infinity Massage Chairs may replace your product with a similar product. Under no circumstances shall the retail replacement value exceed the original net price paid for the product. In the event you choose not to accept a replacement for your product, Infinity Massage Chairs is no longer responsible for making repairs under the warranty coverage.

Any repairs needed during the 3-year parts warranty coverage, Infinity Massage Chairs will provide covered parts at no cost; however, consumer is responsible for any and all shipping, duties and brokerage fees. Structure warranty is limited to the steel and steel-welded parts of the frame, in addition to any wood structure that may exist. If a replacement is issued under the Parts or Structure warranty period, the consumer is responsible for shipping, duties, and brokerage fees related to the replacement. Infinity Massage Chairs, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any defective part within a reasonable time frame. Field Service is only available in the United States and major metropolitan areas in Canada. Field Service requires pre-approval and, if necessary, must be performed by Infinity Massage Chairs-authorized field service personnel to maintain warranty coverage.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover any loss or damage resulting from: improper installation; unauthorized repairs; use in a commercial or corporate setting; alterations or modifications of original condition; improper use of electrical/power supply; loss of power; electrical disturbances and power surges; dropped product, including but not limited to remote controls; a malfunction or damage resulting from improper use or unreasonable use or maintenance; failure to follow operating instructions; transportation damage; theft; abuse; misuse; neglect; vandalism; or environmental conditions(fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorm, hail, earthquake, or exposure to weather conditions); loss of use during the period the product is at a repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair; and products purchased or acquired from unauthorized dealers. This warranty is not transferable. Damage incurred due to shipping and handling does not constitute a defect under this warranty. Softening/hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use. Fading, wear, and pilling of fabrics does not constitute a defect under this warranty as those conditions naturally occur with fabrics. Natural markings and grain and dye variations in leather do not constitute a defect under this warranty, as no two pieces of leather are alike. Failures of attach points, such as, but not limited to: stitching, Velcro, and zippers, do not constitute a defect under this warranty.

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver within the 0-75 miles from our stores.

Fees for Maryland branch:

0-30 Miles  ==>   In Room: $129

30-50 Miles ==>  In Room: $149

50-75 Miles ==>  In Room: $199

 *Same-day delivery is only applicable for the items that are labeled as “SAME DAY” on our website and only for the MD branch if the customer purchases the product before 9:00 a.m. and within 0-20 miles. (Note: Items purchased must be at least $500.)

*Next Day delivery is only applicable for the items that are labeled as “NEXT DAY” on our website and only for the MD branch if the customer purchases the product before 9:00 a.m. and within 0-20 miles. (Note: Items purchased must be at least $500.)

* For the NJ branch, we have delivery every Tuesday and Friday. (Gate Home Furniture reserves the right to adjust delivery time and conditions.)  

*As a company policy we do not have assembly service.

*For curbside delivery, we do not accept any responsibility if the furniture does not fit through the door.

* For in room delivery, if the furniture does not fit through the door, we can return the furniture however, buyer will be charged a 30’% restocking fee as well as two ways freight costs.

* If you live in an apartment without elevator, for the first 3 floor include the price, but if the furniture will be moved to upper levels, we charge $20 for every extra floor.

* We do not charge any extra fee in case of replacement of broken, damaged, or missing parts.

* Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of the damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement. 

* Gate Furniture reserves to right to cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons including but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost related issues on out-of-state orders without prior notice.

  * In case of refusing or returning the shipment, buyer will be charged a 40% restocking fee as well as two-way freight costs. Likewise, in case of refusal of shipment or failure to comply with the delivery requirements; attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.

Therefore, due to our low margin we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items. Gate Furniture guarantees that all purchased merchandise is to be picked up or delivered in good, new and satisfactory condition.

We are proud to offer the best prices and high-quality furniture to our customers. Before delivery process all our furniture is inspected very detailed to be sure that it is in good condition. If you pick up the product, we recommend you to control the product very carefully before you receive. Due to our high concentration to serve you in the best way, we are unfortunately unable to process returns and refund once the product has been accepted. If you have any doubt about your order, you may cancel up to delivery or pick up time.

Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported via email or calling customer care service within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, claims will not be allowed after 48 hours of delivery. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach clear photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of damaged merchandise as it is required if the manufacturer accepts replacement.
