MFS Furniture Protection Plan can cover accidental damage which occurs during normal residential use such as: punctures, rips, burns, stains, gouges, dents, scratches and chips that penetrate the finish exposing the substrate.

When you have chosen just the right furniture for your home - you want to keep your investment looking great, but you don’t want to worry about spots and spills once your furniture is delivered. When covered mishaps occur, MFS Furniture Protection Plan offers the assistance you need - delivered by furniture experts with an unparalleled reputation for excellent customer service. Get coverage for mechanical and structural breakdowns is effective upon the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty. Coverage for stain as well as unintentional and accidental damage from handling of the Covered Product is effective upon the date of delivery of the Covered Product.

Montage protection plans offer coverage for furniture, adjustable bases, area rugs and more.

A Plan provides service for stain removal, repair, and even replacement of irreparable damaged items, depending on the type of plan you purchase:

  • In-home service by a certified, professional technician.
  • Furniture replacement if we can’t take care of your covered problem.

A Furniture Protection Plan is not a warranty. Warranties cover manufacturer issues with the product. Typically the damage associated with a warranty is caused by an issue with the design, workmanship, or quality of materials, and is not caused by you. MFS Plans provide you with a furniture repair expert when you need one — from our network of thousands of furniture technicians across the United States who can:

CLEAN ACCIDENTAL STAINS SUCH AS:

  • Food and beverage stains
  • Household stains
  • Ink stains
  • Lipstick, nail polish, cosmetics
  • Human and pet bodily fluids

REPAIR ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE SUCH AS:

  • Punctures, rips, cuts, tears, and burns in most leathers and fabrics
  • Burns, heat marks, scratches, and gouges in wood
  • Springs, frames, and certain mechanisms

Coverage extends for the term purchased as indicated on your sales receipt. Coverage begins from the original delivery date.

DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver within the 0-75 miles from our stores.

Fees for Maryland branch:

0-30 Miles  ==>   In Room: $129

30-50 Miles ==>  In Room: $149

50-75 Miles ==>  In Room: $199

 *Same-day delivery is only applicable for the items that are labeled as “SAME DAY” on our website and only for the MD branch if the customer purchases the product before 9:00 a.m. and within 0-20 miles. (Note: Items purchased must be at least $500.)

*Next Day delivery is only applicable for the items that are labeled as “NEXT DAY” on our website and only for the MD branch if the customer purchases the product before 9:00 a.m. and within 0-20 miles. (Note: Items purchased must be at least $500.)

* For the NJ branch, we have delivery every Tuesday and Friday. (Gate Home Furniture reserves the right to adjust delivery time and conditions.)  

*As a company policy we do not have assembly service.

*For curbside delivery, we do not accept any responsibility if the furniture does not fit through the door.

* For in room delivery, if the furniture does not fit through the door, we can return the furniture however, buyer will be charged a 30’% restocking fee as well as two ways freight costs.

* If you live in an apartment without elevator, for the first 3 floor include the price, but if the furniture will be moved to upper levels, we charge $20 for every extra floor.

* We do not charge any extra fee in case of replacement of broken, damaged, or missing parts.

* Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of the damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement. 

* Gate Furniture reserves to right to cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons including but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost related issues on out-of-state orders without prior notice.

  * In case of refusing or returning the shipment, buyer will be charged a 40% restocking fee as well as two-way freight costs. Likewise, in case of refusal of shipment or failure to comply with the delivery requirements; attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.

RETURN POLICY

At Gate Furniture, our focus is to offer high quality furniture and well known name brands to our customers at discounted prices. Therefore, due to our low margin we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items. Gate Furniture guarantees that all purchased merchandise is to be picked up or delivered in good, new and satisfactory condition.

We are proud to offer the best prices and high-quality furniture to our customers. Before delivery process all our furniture is inspected very detailed to be sure that it is in good condition. If you pick up the product, we recommend you to control the product very carefully before you receive. Due to our high concentration to serve you in the best way, we are unfortunately unable to process returns and refund once the product has been accepted. If you have any doubt about your order, you may cancel up to delivery or pick up time.

Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported via email or calling customer care service within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, claims will not be allowed after 48 hours of delivery. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach clear photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of damaged merchandise as it is required if the manufacturer accepts replacement.
