I was worried about the price and seat until I got to the store. because the prices were almost 30% cheaper than other stores. and they told me they can deliver it the same day. it was the best thing i have ever heard in my life and i was very happy with the thought of getting my seats the same day. and I buy the seat from Gate Furniture for $3.599, which is $5,000 in other stores, and it will be delivered on the same day. Thereupon, I said that I would give a $100 tip to the delivery personnel and thanked them and left the store. They brought my seats exactly on the day and time they said. They have courteous and experienced staff. I would recommend it to everyone. it was an excellent experience for me. and I am definitely planning to buy the bedroom set that I will buy for my house in a month from them. Thank you for everything Gate Furniture and all its employees. you did a great job for me....

Had another great experience with Gate Furniture yesterday. I purchased a sectional for my living room back in April. I made the purchase online and everything went smoothly. Went online to their website and fell in love with the Sheffield Luxury Gray Sectional. I decided I wanted to see it in person so I took a drive over to Gate yesterday. When I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Goksel. He was so kind from the intial interaction all the way through the entire sell process! That's right! I purchased it! It was available to view at the store and Goksel informed me it wouldn't be available for delivery until second week of the May! I really wanted it delivered by my birthday. Because I wanted to do big party at my home.I told goksel okey I was willing to wait. He also gave me a great price for the sectional! Thanks Goksel and Gate Furniture! I highly recommend them.

Let me start off by saying I do not write reviews! With that said…I absolutely had to take the time to write this one. I purchased an entire bedroom set from Gate Furniture online, sight unseen and it is as pretty as the pictures if not prettier. I love my bedroom set a lot however, when I put my headboard together it did not align correctly and my slats did not fit. I did have a little trouble getting someone to assist me when no one showed up to assess the bed. Their customer service does leave a little to be desired however, what they lack in customer service they more than make up with in quality. They sent someone out who found MY error in putting the headboard together, who then corrected it and completed the set up. He then advised me I would need a box spring (which I did not know I needed, ugh). He then placed the order for me and my box spring will be here overnight. My advice, shop here for sure but, either pay for the expert set up or be VERY VERY patient if something is off because it’s probably you and they will rectify the situation in time!! I am beyond pleased with my purchase and I want to publicly say thank you Gate Furniture for being patient with me 😉

Had the most pleasant experience at Gate today and bought ourselves a beautiful sofa set and having it delivered the same day! The staff and the manager were both so genuine and helpful. I was initially a bit skeptical reading the reviews but I got to know from the store manager that they have reached out and settled these customers presented problems but they just never updated their reviews. for all the fairness, I think they should.
Definitely can’t beat the price elsewhere, recommend it!!

Found something and purchased they told us it would be here Monday oct 31 and here we are they arrived bright and early around 9am ! 2 day shipping !!! Soo awesome! Nice moving people and we love our sectional thank you Gate furniture!

I just purchased furniture today. I was a little skeptical because I had never heard of this company. I did visit the showroom. Although they didn't have the furniture I was interested in available to see in the showroom, I was able to see the quality of other furniture. The representative that worked with me was Angel. That is the perfect name because she was simply an angel. She assisted me with every part of my purchase. I had so many questions yet she was patient and worked with me through it all. Her customer service was amazing and because of it I made this purchase. I will definitely refer this store to my friends and hopefully they have Angel as their representative!

My husband found this place on OfferUp when we were looking for a new set of couches.
We were able to go see them, purchased them and take home all the same day. Thankfully they were in stock!
But even if they weren’t, they said they would come in 2 weeks, which is way sooner than any other furniture stores that expect you to wait 8 to 16 weeks to get your goods.
Totally recommend this place. They have affordable prices and the service is great.

Absolutely outstanding!! I could not be any happier with my sectional purchase from Gate Furniture. Sectional was delivered straight into the living room, factory packaging and no sight of damage! They were very accommodating with delivery and order modifications. Amazing costumer service via email and texts.

We were told what we wanted was in stock but it was actually in a different warehouse nearby. Upon going to the other warehouse, the employee was informed it was closed so our piece was not available. The employee was apologetic to us and demonstrated good professionalism, offering either a discount on the demo model, free delivery of the one in the other warehouse or a full refund—we opted for taking the demo with $100 discount because it was in good shape. After wrapping up the furniture, he and his partner assisted us with loading it into our vehicle and bagged up the matching throw pillows for us as well. The art of compromise worked out for both sides.
