We deliver within theĀ 0-75 milesĀ from our stores.

FeesĀ for Maryland branch:

0-30 MilesĀ Ā ==>Ā  Ā In Room: $149

30-50 MilesĀ ==>Ā Ā InĀ Room:Ā $179

50-75 MilesĀ ==>Ā Ā In Room: $229

Ā *Same-day delivery is only applicable forĀ the items that are labeled as ā€œSAME DAYā€ on our website and only forĀ the MD branch if the customer purchases the product before 9:00 a.m. and within 0-20 miles.Ā (Note: Minimum purchase amount ofĀ $500.)

*Next Day delivery is only applicable forĀ the items that are labeled as ā€œNEXT DAYā€ on our website and only forĀ the MD branch if the customer purchases the product before 9:00 a.m. and within 0-20 miles.Ā (Note:Ā Minimum purchase amount ofĀ $500.)

* For the NJ branch, we have delivery every Tuesday and Friday. (Gate Home Furniture reserves the right toĀ adjustĀ delivery time and conditions.) Ā 

*As a company policy we do not have assembly service.

*For curbside delivery, we do not accept any responsibility if the furniture does not fit through the door.

*Ā For in room delivery, if the furniture does not fit through the door, we can return the furniture however,Ā buyer will be charged a 30’% restocking fee as well as two waysĀ freight costs.

*Ā If you live in an apartment without elevator,Ā for the first 3 floor include the price, but if the furniture will be moved to upper levels, we charge $20 for every extra floor.

* We do not charge any extra fee in case of replacement of broken, damaged, or missing parts.

*Ā Damaged products and missing pieces mustĀ be reported within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach photos of the damaged product to the email andĀ keep the original packagingĀ of the damaged merchandise as it is required for replacement.Ā 

*Ā Gate Furniture reserves to right to cancel any orders or delay the shipments for reasons includingĀ but not limited to manufacturer, carrier, stock, and/or cost related issues on out-of-state orders without prior notice.

Ā Ā * In case of refusing or returning the shipment, buyer will be charged a 40% restocking fee as well as two-way freight costs. Likewise, in case of refusal of shipment or failure to comply with the delivery requirements; attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.

Therefore, due to our low margin we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items. GateĀ FurnitureĀ guarantees that all purchased merchandise is to be picked up or delivered in good, new and satisfactory condition.

We are proud to offer the best prices and high-quality furniture to our customers.Ā Before delivery process all our furniture is inspected very detailed to be sure that it is in good condition. If you pick up theĀ product,Ā we recommend youĀ to controlĀ the product very carefully before you receive. Due to our high concentration to serveĀ youĀ in the best way, we are unfortunately unable toĀ process returns and refund once the product has been accepted. If you have any doubt about your order, you may cancel up to delivery or pick up time.

Damaged products and missing pieces must be reported via email or calling customer care service within 48 hours of delivery. Unfortunately, claims will not be allowed after 48 hours of delivery. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s). Please attach clear photos of the damaged product to the email and keep the original packaging of damaged merchandise as it is required if the manufacturer accepts replacement.
